The impressive list of celebrities presents included David Beckham (who scooped the Editor's Special Award), The 1975 (who won The Beats By Dr Dre Band Award), Taron Egerton, star of Rocketman ( who won Actor of the Year) and one of our personal favourites, Fleabag’s “hot priest” and Sherlock's most handsome villain, Andrew Scott, (who was presented with the Hugo Boss Standout Performance Award). The annual Awards, this year hosted by actor and activist, Michael Sheen, don't just celebrate men. It was fantastic to see Kylie Minogue won the Icon Award and Greta Thunberg, climate protester extraordinaire, was honored with the Game Changer Award.
This is our second Formulae Prescott Tri-Balm collaboration with GQ in 2019 and we are thrilled to be promoting healthy skin together. Earlier this year I was delighted to be make-up artist at the Heroes Cultural Summit, held at the beautiful Soho House Farmhouse. It was a pleasure to work with some of the incredible keynote speakers and attendees. This included comedian, Ricky Gervais, fashion designer, Paul Smith, Gurls Talk founder, model and mental health campaigner, Adwoa Aboah, and actress Gwendoline Christie, from Game of Thrones.
